Assistant's answers sometimes contain single words in the wrong language

When using the Assistant, sometimes the answer contains parts of a sentence in another language. For instance, I have asked GLM-4.7 (reasoning) something in German, and the provided answer is German, except for one word in English and some Chinese (both marked yellow in the screenshot). I cannot reproduce it systematically, it just sometimes happens randomly.

The answer provided by Assistant should be entirely in the language the question has been asked. There should not be random switching between languages.

Unfortunately, this would be a model-specific issue due to imperfect multilingual training. The meaning is still roughly correct, but it switches languages midway through the response. You could try regenerating the response or using a different model.

Thanks for replying. So, in other words, if I understand correctly, that's something only the LLM suppliers could change, not Kagi?

Yeah, GLM 4.6 and 4.7 are notorious for doing this. Kagi can't alter the models, just give the option to use them or not.
