Basically, as the title says, the preview of 4-5 images that shows halfway down the first page of results doesn't properly filter out AI images when that preference is set. As a biologist it's a little infuriating seeing things that are clearly not the animal I'm trying to find reference images of---but I can imagine any number of reasons this should be consistent with the general setting.
Simply apply the same filter to this set of images.
