Show popup asking to block a domain/channel when reporting it as ai slop

I have a feeling that people after they report something via slopstop probably don't want to see that result again. So kagi should either

ask the user after pressing the slopstop submit button if they want to block the domain/subreddit/channel/etc

Behind the scenes downrank it for that specific user (might not good/transparant)

one note about the first suggestion: it would have to support sites with various ... communities/people.

Say someone reports something as slop, maybe it was a specific user/channel/subreddit/community where it was posted in and only that user/channel/subreddit/community should be suggested to be ranked
