When scrolling with arrow keys the bottom of the selected result's snippet is always in the same place while the title of the result jumps up/down somewhat as the different length snippets make the title sit higher and lower. This is highly noticeable when smooth scrolling is turned off. Fixing this would make reading the page titles considerably faster for users who have smooth scrolling off as you don't have to pause reading to find the page title every time you scroll to see the next page's title.
Obviously this is barely (if at all) noticeable with smooth scrolling enabled as then you aren't able to read anything while scrolling and are forced to pause reading anyway.
The selected title not changing locations while reading means that you can read a lot faster, as having to re-orient and find the title every time you scroll adds a small delay between being able to read each time you scroll. That makes it impossible to keep your eyes focused in one place while reading. Most applications, where navigating large lists of things is common, like in-game settings menus or file managers, keep the text in one place while scrolling so you don't have find the selected text every time you scroll with a keyboard.
Here is a recording highlighting how the selected page's title (in the orange box) jumps around and then next to it the same recording showing how fixing it would look like:
other apps implementing this kind of scrolling where text stays in one place:

scrolling in file managers (Nautilus here):
