When trying out the Dictionary under Kagi Translate, I noticed that a query for a relatively simple word, such as universe can pull in tags and categories from different languages.
For example in my screenshot it shows that noun all of a sudden became sustantivo. And in the Related words sidebar, you see adjetivo relacionado, término relacionado, campo de estudio, and componente. The same happened with the tags underneath the entries in Primary meaning and Other meanings.
That the UI and linguistic elements, such as tags and categories, are off-limits for the (ML?) algorithm to touch and change from the desired indicated language specified in Dictionary's drop-down menu.
