Section headings in some country categories - like Serbia - remain in English, even though section headings in other country categories are translated to the source language. Included a couple of screenshots for comparison.
Other country categories I've noticed English in: Croatia, Denmark, France (only Sources and Perspectives), Greece, Hungary, Egypt, Lithuania, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Norway, Estonia, Czech Republic
On both phone (Android) and computer (mac/Orion), my languages settings are:
Interface: Default
Content: Source
Ideally, the section headings would be in the same language as the content.
