Displaying the list of localized languages causes various errors: from skipping and disappearing to duplicating languages. I am sending a video.
Interestingly, the further down the list, the weirder the bugs get.
I tested it in Brave, Firefox, and Helium browsers, and the same error occurs.
The regional language variants list should display all available variants correctly and consistently.
