Prompt users before navigating to a potentially malicious search result

Domains that are flagged as malicious should prompt the user before they are navigated to the search result. This would help protect users from phishing and malware by providing a clearer warning that they have to acknowledge before visiting the site.

For any domains flagged by VirusTotal (again, building off this), a warning message should be shown to the user when they click on a result from those domains.

Something like "This domain has been flagged as malicious by VirusTotal. Are you sure you want to proceed?" And then with two options: "Cancel" and "Proceed anyway"

Things like this require us to tread carefully wrt UX and expectations of neutrality. While I don't see any real issue with flagging malicious domains from a reputable, trusted provider, I'd like more input first from the community as to whether this is something everyone would like to see.

I dislike hyperlink hijacking, which would basically be required to implement this (correct me if I'm wrong, I'm not a webdev). While I get the idea of this feature request I very much prefer all links to stay vanilla and unmodified, 1. for transparency and 2. to keep copying links simple and straightforward via built-in browser features.
