Option to remove videos results thumbnails from images search

Often times, the search results for images include thumbnails of videos from various platforms (youtube/odisee/etc.). These just pollute the specific search and may be also irrelevant. If people need a video, they'll just search for videos.

I propose to implement an option to exclude video thumbnails from the "image" search,

A simple toggle in "Search options" would be more than enough.

You can use Bangs to accomplish just this!
Here's one I made just to filter YouTube and Odysee:

You can add whatever other websites you'd like to filter just by appending "+-sitenamehere.com" to the URL template.
