Sometimes umlauts (ä, ö, ü) in the Quick Assistant are not displayed - they are just left out. I stumbled upon this bug a few times now, can't get it consistent to reproduce though. Maybe it only happens on the Assistant's first answer, but I can't say for sure.
I hope this screenshot helps, I marked the spots where umlauts are, or should be, since you might not speak German. At least it shows that sometimes the umlauts are there and sometimes they're not.
