There was a previous discussion here: https://kagifeedback.org/d/2031-currency-conversion-ie-100-usd-to-sek-should-display-widget
It works fine, however doesn't work with other languages. I will use queries in Russian to demonstrate what I mean, but I hope that others bring their mother tongues to the discussion.
Here are some examples: when I ask Kagi in English "eur to rub" or "euro to rubles" it displays a widget that I expect to see (i.e. "= 89.20 ₽ (Russian rubles)" ATM of writing), however if I ask it in russian "евро в рубли" (euro to rubles) it doesn't display any widget. There should be feature parity between English and other languages.
There's a complimentary feature to this one that I would also like to see in the Kagi. I have my regional search set to Russia by default. This setting should be enough to handle more complex questions like "цена евро" (cost euro) and display conversion to a local currency (rubles in this case). It would be useful to handle even shorter queries e.g. "300 евро" (that one is obvious, eh?) and automatically display conversion.
All the examples above work in google.
Kagi already does this for physical units, e.g. if I ask Kagi "1500 метров в миллях" (1500 meters to miles) it shows " = 0.93205679 Mile " and "451 градус по фаренгейту в цельсиях" (451 degrees fahrenheit in celsius) would result in " = 232.777778 Celsius ".
