Allow switching between different custom assistants by shortcut or bangs in Kagi Assistant's thread view.

Right now when I start a new thread in Kagi Assistant, it defaults to the assistant selected in the settings. To switch to a different assistant, particularly a custom one, I need to manually select the assistant i want from the dropdown toolbar.

This new feature can exist either as a:
a) shortcut i.e. Ctrl+Z to cycle through assistants.
b) bang i.e. appended at the front of a query to invoke a specific model i.e. !my-custom-deep-seek [QUERY]

Users will be able to quickly fire off requests to different assistants without having to pre-select which model they want to use.

Another alternative could be a double slash command like that used by GitHub Copilot / Copilot 365. Though the single slash command for CoPilot 365 is pretty annoying so it would need to be something less obtrusive.

The bang one could be interesting, especially if it's implemented in a way where you can just use bangs as normally, i.e. from the assistant prompt box being able to do !i baby cow to go to the images tab. Lens bangs could be used to change what lens is active. Or if you're deep into a thread and want to instantly jump to a new one via !ai. Or want to check how your prompt compares in ChatGPT too via !chatgpt {query}.

We just need to be careful about people accidentally triggering bangs, especially when introducing them to a new place where people aren't expecting them.
