Add setting to control if we want grouping per domains when using lenses

I get it for a lot of lenses, but there are lenses where I Just want the results like normal, without them being grouped per domain

(this might also help for certain types of lenses where you get basically 8 results from one site but only 2 from the other site. It'll limit the amount of results from site one to 6)
