When changing Kagi settings, show indication to user that they saved

Currently if you change a setting on kagi.com/settings it just kinda saves in the background, but it would be good if there was a small piece of (green) text that just appeared and said "saved ..." each time you change a setting and no further actions happened for a couple seconds or something. Like how many auto saving things work

I do agree this would be great, it helps to be sure something is saved.

I mean, things get saved. This suggestion is more to fix the problem where a user goes like "is it saved?"
