Quick Answer makes me have to wait until it's finished to click search results

I submitted a query. The first result looked promising. However, as I tried to click the link it kept moving down the page while the quick answer was being generated. I had to wait for the quick answer to be complete before I could click the search result I wanted. The query was:

are 3 prong to 2 prong plug adapters safe?

I expected to be able to easily click a link in the search results regardless of whether a quick answer was being generated or not.

Is this not because of the quick answer makes the search results lower as the message is loading and therefor you can't click?

Yes, that is the problem. While the quick answer is being generated, the search results below it keep moving over and over.

dcormier I get that, but since the search results get lower I don't think there is a way to change that. The quick answer takes only a few seconds too load too. I agree it can be better but in my opinion it's not a big issue.

That's great that it's not an issue for you. I find it pretty annoying.

There are solutions. For example, if the quick answer were behind something I had to click to expand, then it wouldn't move the search results unless I clicked that. Other sites have solutions like that.
