Enough money in account balance (paid with crypto (OpenNode)), cant upgrade plan, redirect to Stripe

I have enough money in my account, see screenshot. but it still redirects my to Stripe.com.

I dont want to use Stripe.com at all.
Thats the reason why I use crypto.

Let me use my balance without a subscription and without the need for Stripe.com

As far as I understand, it shouldn’t force you to use Stripe when you have existing balance. What happens when you click “Upgrade”?

what is happening was that Kagi uses Stripe for the balance. So once a user pays via Opennode, it gets added to their balance (tracked via Stripe) and so to use it: they have to go to stripe just to fill in their country and zip code for tax calculation. (and fill any other fields with dashes -'s
But because the 'invoice' (behind the scenes) is already created the moment you add the credit, it fails. So just contact support and they'll manually handle this first payment support@kagi.com.
