Out of date docs for !quick bang

Now that !quick is a shortcut for the quick researcher, not the quick answer feature, there are at least a couple places where Kagi’s docs are out of date.

Bangs docs: “!quick <search terms> - Search & open "Quick Answer"” is no longer true, and doesn't mention !research as an AI-related bang

Bang explorer: Same issue with !quick (does correctly document !research)

The bang explorer just needs a data refresh, don't remember if it's automatic but I'll send em a mail to manually refresh cause this is a big bang change (pun intended)
