We have fixed the issue with lenses as reported by hitch. (Excellent reporting!)

If anyone else is continuing to experience any issues, do let us know. Some time has passed, sometimes things get coincidentally fixed as changes happen...

I will take the opportunity to add that this still happens quite frequently, always when the internet connection is bad (high latency). It's not 100% my internet's fault because I'm always able to use google and other websites in these cases.

Note that normally my latency is very good. e.g. right now I'm connected to SOUTHAME-EAST1 with 33ms of latency.

I'm experiencing this issue again now, my internet is bad, but enough to load kagifeedback and google.com. Kagi.com just fails to show the results.

I also see this frequently but intermittently. As far as I can remember, refreshing the page always fixes it.

Happens to me very often.
I use Safari on MacOS Monterey (on Intel) and Sonoma (on M1) - it happens on both.

I can't find a way to ensure it happens, but when it does, refreshing doesn't fix it.

Happens on both normal results page and images.

Clicking on the page shows the results.

Disabling all extensions makes no difference.

On the images search, after clicking, even though I can see results, I may not be able to scroll down.

Searching "aer memories of old" from anywhere on Kagi will yield a completely blank results page, showing no errors or a "no results" page. This does not happen if the game's proper name is searched: "Aer: Memories of Old", nor will it happen with the query "aer: memories of old". All individual words and phrase combos seem to work fine, only the complete lowercase phrase with no punctuation seems to give this error. Tested on Firefox 123.0.1 and Safari for iOS, with the same results on both.

Expected results related to the game "Aer: Memories of Old".

EDIT: This seems to have fixed itself (?) RIGHT as I posted this. results are displaying normally now. This error had persisted for upwards of an hour though.

"westies dogs" produces no search results. tried refreshing a few times to no avail

It is properly recognized in autocomplete

And "westies dog" works as expected.
