The new naming is confusing. Quick answer is a good name for queries with ?, because they are indeed quick. Quick assistant sounds like it's the same thing. In addition, I don't quite understand how they differ; I did a few queries, and they results were very similar.
I suggest Quick answer and Fast answer as better terms, because quick implies immediacy, and fast implies speed but that is not immediate.
But having two similarly named assistant modes, one with a ? bang and the other with !quick, makes no sense. (I know many people won't use the bangs, and will go to the Assistant interface...) Also, since the Research assistant is only available at the top tier, most users will only see two versions of Quick.
