Quick Assistant refers to non-existent citations

I asked the Quick Assistant to tell me about itself:

Notice the citations [2] and [4] that don't really refer to anything. I don't think these should be there. And if they should, I would expect consecutive numbering and actual references.

A hotfix was rolled out seven or eight hours ago, did this fix your issue?

I tried asking the same question a couple of times and it seems to work. If references appear in the answer (they usually don't), they are correct:

Heya jstolarek , could you expand on this a little? Generally if Quick performed any searches and gave an answer, it should always include at least one citation.

Do you have any custom instructions in your Assistant settings that might be influencing the model?

@z64 Most of the time it answers without performing a search, and on rare occasions that it does search the web it indeed provides citations. So I'd say all looks fine.
