I directed the assistant to get data from a link, it failed to fetch any (github block for non openai?), but then went around searching for other sources of the data, ending up with nothing useful

I'd prefer it if the assistant stopped after failing to get data, or used less effort and asking for more direction in an another user prompt, instead of working with incomplete data that'll likely fail to do anything useful
