Independent safesearch toggles for text and image search

As the behavior of the safe search toggle between text and image search is so different (text: allow NSFW; image: prefer NSFW, sometimes, depending on unknown external factors), I’d really like independent toggles.

I always search with safe-search off, because I do not want to be limited in results, for example I sometimes have searches for PH or X(Hamster|Video) blog posts, mostly their statistics. But as seen in the related bugs (same issue with bing already, I guess Google doesn’t have an image search API and bing is embracing their reputation as porn search engine), the toggle results in inappropriate results for the image search as less relevant NSFW results show up instead of relevant results.

CWagner We've thought about this before, the question was how do we expose it in UI. What do you think?

z64 While writing, I actually thought that I’m not sure who all wants this, so I’d have a "general settings" setting "independent image search safe-search toggle" (maybe with a less bulky name 😉 )

We can do two things

Add Safe search option to Settings -> Search (it is missing fromt here anywhere, this is our current)
Indented below add Safe search for Images & Videos (by default on, and is not exposed in control center)

z64 It doesnt't logically belong there but otherwise the page would be empty so we can add the new switch there.
