The tags in the assistant sidebar are being sorted in case sensitive way with the proper-case tags being sorted ahead of the tags that begin with a lowercase letter. That is, you'll see something like:
#Apples
#Bananas
#Cherries
#aardvarks
#beetles
#cougars
It might be preferable to have them sorted alphabetically in a case-agnostic manner, i.e.:
#aardvarks
#Apples
#Bananas
#beetles
#Cherries
#cougars
One option might be to default all new and existing tags to lowercase, although that might not be ideal for things like abbreviations or proper nouns (e.g. #Apple the publicly traded company vs #apple the fruit)
Users will have an easier time finding tags that are sorted alphabetically in a case-independent manner rather than having to search both proper/capital-cased tags at the top followed by the lowercase tags at the bottom. Usually I can't remember if I capitalized a tag which makes it a pain to scan up and down the entire list.
