Searched for time almaty, and got UTC+06. Kazakhstan unified its timezones in 2024, bringing everything (including Almaty) into the UTC+05 timezone.
I realize this is probably a Wolfram Alpha issue, but I didn't see a place to report bugs there, aside from their regular feedback form, which I expected is not really monitored. I'm reporting it there as well.
