It would be useful to have the option to enable/disable the Assistant for members of family plans in the settings pane, whether Ultimate is enabled or not.

While I understand this is technically related to #7659, I feel that it differs in that this is about moderating the way junior members of family plans (i.e. children) interact with information and the internet. Parents may want to limit their children's exposure to LLMs, whether for content moderation reasons or to prevent the delegation of their thought processes (/ensure that these thought processes develop in the first place).
This may also be relevant for Teams plans, wherein administrators do not want their users/employees using LLMs (beyond Quick Answer) at all.
