GPT OSS 120B stray <think> tag

At some point in the last week or two, GPT OSS 120B has started displaying a stray <think> tag outside the thinking box.

I've observed this in a thread that's a few weeks old so I can see this has only recent started happening. GPT OSS 20B doesn't have this issue.

I can replicate it. We will roll out a fix for this in the coming days.
