Some searches are returning results from domains that do not contain the purported result.

The domain afga.org never contained those 5 pages, and I find it unlikely that it ever would have. I've encountered this with other domains, such as for medical offices:

I don't have other specific examples handy, but there have been instances of finding promising looking results for specific domains, that returned a 404. I had assumed the page was archived/moved, and tried to make some assumption from the result snippit/preview regarding the credibility of what I'd searched for, based on the domain being reputable.
My tinfoil hat suspicion is that somehow the search index is being gamed to produce results for more reputable domains containing snippits of AI slop/spam/scams, intended to fool AI search summaries and mislead users.
