I follow the Argentina tag. The tag often disappears, and then when it comes back, I have to manually add it again.
I don't know whether it drops off because there aren't enough sources, or enough content, but whatever the reason, I shouldn't have to keep manually re-adding the category when it comes back.
The category shouldn't be dropping off to begin with, but even if it does, I shouldn't have to manually re-subscribe to it when it returns
