Currently, there's no way to tell a website is marked by Surveillance Watch unless you open up the shield popup. There should be an indicator on the shield like there is for websites that have a high number of ads/trackers.
Users will look through the search results and can tell at a glance whether it's a sussy website marked by Surveillance Watch.
