Openingshour incorrect on public holidays

I ended up in Kagi Maps today, a holiday in my country, with the following discrepancy.

It was 14h17 my local time and apparently this establishment, that I will not name for my privacy, says that it's CLOSED. And that apparently it opens at 14h. That makes no sense.

I don't have proof but I swear that around 18h15 I checked it again and it showed OPEN. Maybe I misremember.

Discussed with Thibault on Discord. They suggested to add a random place for this report.

I expect the UI to be consistent. If the UI shows it is open between 2PM and 7PM, then at 2:17PM my time it should be open.

I don't really care if the reported opening times are different from the actual opening times today because only the store can know that. But that was not the problem.

Is it a timezone thing?
Is it because today was a holiday?

it seems like it's mostly just related to if google maps has an openinghours where the business hours weren't confirmed on a public holiday so google maps shows "Armistice Day might affect these hours", then it assumes closed by default it seems?
