Strange nonsense results when searching in Japanese

I am searching for someone's name, 中野貢 (Mitsugi Nakano). I get very strange results that look like spam, but I don't even know how they could remotely have been generated. Is this a vulnerability on the target sites? How did the trawler pick this up?
This is from a Peruvian government website, but the text clearly looks like it was stolen from a Yahoo auctions listing, and the link leads nowhere. I don't know if this is a bug in Kagi or some very clever vulnerability exploit, but I figure I should raise it nonetheless.

I would not expect this result to appear at all.

I believe it's an issue with the website in question; you'll often see things like this on .gov and .edu domains, typically with scams like ingame currency generators targeted at kids. Not sure if there's anything we can do here, as the whole domain shouldn't be penalised for something like this.
