Turkmen TTS uses what seems to be the same rules as Turkish TTS, with a few exceptions. It should be noted that in standard Turkmen that s/с and z/з represent /θ/ and /ð/, which are not and [z], like in Turkish and Azeri. This gives Turkmen a very distinct sound and should be reflected in the TTS.
