Reddit commets to unrealted post showing up in search

When searching for "youtube" a button for Reddit comments shows up that links to a 10 year old reddit post in a rugby Subreddit.

I expected it to maybe link to the Youtube Subreddit or a relevant recent post about Youtube in general

Happens on my side too, UK region.
