Giorgio hey! it's actually a missing feature, apply all only applies the corrections in the context of the popup - not to the page. applying to the actual text will be shipped in the next update

Giorgio Hey, are you on the latest build? You are missing the 'apply' button in the header. If you are on latest, please let me know the details of the browser version you are using.
