Similar to https://kagifeedback.org/d/2241-siteyoutubecom-still-gives-youtubecom-results-in-video-search blocked domains within the "Personalized Results" settings do not affect the results displayed in the videos tab.
While one can click the individual video domain to filter to, there is also not an easy way to filter out a specific video domain without this functionality (besides manually adding -site).
I would expect (much like the -site functionality which now works) that blocked domains would not show up in any of the search tabs. This prevents the video tab from being as useful.
