Many people use the search bar for everything. For example, when I go to Kagi Feedback, I usually just search for Kagi Feedback and click the first result. I realize I could type "!" but I forget. I guess it's just an old habit from Google. But I would say that if I've done that a good 5 times or so, it's reasonable to conclude that I want the first result.
Therefore, Kagi could have an auto first result feature where if I have searched a term at least 5 times in the past and clicked on it the first time, it could just conclude that I probably want to go to that site again.
Kagi tracks first click searches.
When user searches a team (e.g. Kagi Feedback) and clicks the first result at least 5 times in the past, Kagi should check the reputation. If the reputation is high enough (e.g. is that site legit), it just automatically returns that result.
If the user clicks the back button for any reason, it should subtract 2 from the count. Meaning, if the user didn't actually want the first result, it subtracts from the count.
This feature should be able to be enabled or disabled in the settings.
Bangs should override this feature
