Steps to reproduce the issue:
- Make sure the wikipedia widget is enabled in the settings https://kagi.com/settings/more_search
- On a mobile device, search for itch https://kagi.com/search?q=itch
- The wikipedia widget should be displayed, and with it an X icon
- Tapping the icon opens the x.com page for itchio

Expected behavior:
If the Wikipedia widget is about the skin sensation, it shouldn't include links to similarly named but completely unrelated accounts.
