Kagi currently has limited support for population counts of countries, cities, states, provinces, etc. Sometimes, it might be able to take a snippet statistic from a website, but it's unreliable at best. Usually, it just shows the Wikipedia page for the region.
Google has a much better quick answer for population counts and even shows a graph showing the historical population growth of that region.
