Currently, the Kagi Translate extension provides seamless translation functionality on desktop Firefox browsers but is not supported on Firefox for Android. This creates a fragmented experience where users must switch between different translation methods when moving between desktop and mobile devices.
The feature would extend Kagi Translate support to Firefox for Android, enabling users to maintain their privacy-focused translation workflow across all devices. Users would be able to translate selected text directly within the browser using their Kagi account, just as they do on desktop. This affects existing workflows by providing consistent translation access regardless of device.
If added, it would allow ease of use of Kagi Transalte on android till the android app is built.
