When changing an Assistant thread's title, they get re-ranked by time. See the below screen recording for reference.
I believe that time-based ranking should only apply to query activity within threads, not their titles. I was recently re-naming some historical threads and they all came to the top of my All view, even though they took place months ago, which was organisationally frustrating.
