I've often seen people on Discord ask which model Quick Answer uses. I believe it's currently Gemini, and I recall hearing that Mistral was used briefly in the past.
While I'm not particularly concerned about which model is used (I use the Assistant when this matters), I'd appreciate it if the model name for Quick Answer were shown for improved transparency.
Additionally, I assume many people at Kagi are more technically skilled than I am and could likely determine the model's name anyway, as shown in the image below.
