As you can see, if the output from the AI is duplicated, links are duplicated. I suggest de-duplicating already written dots so it is not shown several times.
I have no steps to reproduce this bug, since it only happened once.
I expect to see the reference links ("dots") one time only per dot (de-duplicating them).
