Orion is not currently being developed for Android, but the team is well aware of the demand for a browser that puts its users first on all platforms. Please see the blog update from June. This is the relevant suggestion to keep an eye on.

Update My post on Orionfeedback got merged into a mega request for Windows, Linux and Abdroid builds of Orion. The silver lining is the mega feature request should get way more upvotes than for one platform alone.
