PCloud search leads to arabic subresult

My operating system, browser and Kagi language settings are all set to English. But when searching for "pCloud", I see the main and most subresults in English, but the Login subresult is Arabic:

The link just points to my.pcloud.com, so nothing language-specific. When I click the link, the page is English.

I expected to see English text.

Interesting, we're aware of a similar bug from our upstreams causing mismatched language results, but this doesn't seem to be that since the page itself is English.
