I'd love you to get in touch with the people at Vivaldi to get Kagi search in the list. It will generate revenue for Kagi as well.
tux0r Everyone could file a feature request with Vivaldi, their forums usually get some recognition in their bug tracker. 🙂 FWIW, I use Vivaldi with Kagi on iOS. I added it on the desktop and it was synchronised via my Vivaldi account just well.
tux0r I have just checked it in their Jira: There is an open task "Integrate Kagi Search as a Search Partner" for Vivaldi, started in January, unresolved yet. So there is no reason for the Kagi team to act here. 🙂
frisket That doesn't fix the current problem of integration. I had Kagi as my search engine in Vivaldi on my Pixel 8a but I had to delete and reinstall Vivaldi for unrelated reasons but now I can't find how to get Kagi into Vivalfi again. The integration page wants a URI but I don't know what your search URI is. What do I use there?
frisket I did find a tip that said long press on the search bar would pop up an invitation to add Kagi, so I did and it did.
