I am still in the trial phase of kagi.com and I'm enjoying it. But because of the nature of my work (where I make money and not make money depending on what I'm doing), I would much prefer to buy a bunch of searches in advance .
For example, if I could pay for 300 or a thousand searches, and use them over whatever timeframe I do, that would be a better plan for me than buying a monthly subscription. To illustrate, the last four months I've been rebuilding a boat and I have not have had any opportunity to use a search engine for anything to do with work or pleasure.
I am posting here at the suggestion of a Support Team member. I was put on to kagi.com via Cory Doctorow's excellent column Plura-List—and he sings your praises. And, for me, using kagi really is like returning to an earlier (better) era of the internet.
If you would please give consideration to the possibility of buying a chunk of searches and letting me use them over whatever period of time I need, I would definitely buy that chunk today. Thank you.
