Repro:
- Scroll down in domain list to the page for which you want to change the setting (block/lower/raise etc.) for
- Change the setting
- Get scrolled back to top of page.
- If you were planning to make multiple changes in a row, you have to find your place again.
Do not change scroll position on changing domain setting.
