I tend to retain most of my Assistant threads permanently. I also appreciate the recent quality of life enhancements to the Assistant sidebar to manage tags, etc.
However, as much as I try to be disciplined about my Assistant conversations, curate them, rename them and such, the nature of inquiry, follow-ups and plain curiosity means that over time I find that the relevant information is spread over multiple Assistant threads so it makes it difficult to synthesize, summarize and share.
It would be nice to be able to select multiple Assistant threads in the sidebar and somehow combine them into a single thread. This combined thread would basically weed out irrelevant detours, summarize all the responses and serve as a canonical, authoritative response for the core topic being discussed.
