I tried to reverse search something on the street. Opened kagi, pressed on the image icon in the search bar, took a picture. When the flow came back to the search bar, it included the text "Uploaded%2FFile", not a reference to the image.
The search result should return matches based on the image, not the string "Uploaded File".
