Summarizer can't access (?) a link ("Min document size not reached")

When trying to !summ blog.cr.yp.to/20231003-countcorrectly.html (clickable link), I get:

We are sorry, we were not able to process this. (Min document size not reached)

You can open the blog post to see that it, in fact, should have reached minimum document size.

I'm assuming summarizer cannot access it for some reason? Misidentified as a crawler perhaps?

Now for the interesting part – it only failed to summarize on my laptop (tested in two different browsers), not on my phone (tested in the same manner, which is with the !summ bang + link after it). No clue as to why, though.
